Once again on the last Sunday in July, in conjunction with the Worthing sea front festival, the popular Worthing Seafront Bus Gathering and Running Day will take place.
Come along and browse the many stalls (please support our visiting traders by buying stuff!) and travel on the free bus services to places in the Worthing area. Modern and heritage vehicles will be used. For those with a sense of adventure, several mystery tours will also operate.

VEHICLE ENTRIES
If you would like to take part by bringing a bus or coach to the rally, and even running it on one of our free services,
VEHICLE OWNERS - Important: please note.
The organisers regret that we will not be able to allow entry to any vehicle that has not been entered in advance and anyone arriving without an entry number will be directed to the coach parking in West Parade.
Stand prices: £35.00 will be charged for a 4m frontage with additional width costing £5.00 per metre.

If you wish to receive a written acknowledgement please enclose an A5 S.A.E. The Worthing Bus Rally and Running Day is organised by a small group of volunteers and we are in need of extra help. If you would like to join the team either as part of the organising group or as a marshal on the day please send an email indicating what you would like to do. |

BY TRAIN: Travel to West Worthing - on the West Coastway line (Southern Trains) The rally site is about 10 minutes walk from the station via Grand Avenue or via Tarring Road and Heene Road. BY BUS: the rally site is served directly by service 700 bus 700 : Brighton - Hove - Shoreham-by-Sea - Lancing - Worthing - Littlehampton (for connecting service to/from Yapton - Bognor Regis - Chichester - Havant - Portsmouth) - Wick Other services serving Worthing town centre are as follows:-
1 : Worthing - Findon - Storrington - Pulborough - Midhurst
BY CAR: Worthing is on the main East - West A27 and from the north, the A24. At Offington Corner (by the cemetery) turn south until you reach Tarring Gates/West Worthing Station. Cross the line and turn right*, then second left into Grand Avenue which meets the seafront at the western end of the rally site. There is plenty of car parking in local roads within easy walking distance. *Alternatively, turn left into Tarring Road then right after the pedestrian lights at Heene Road but parking may be harder to find. BUSES ENTERED IN THE RALLY MUST USE THE ROUTE VIA HEENE ROAD OR THE SEAFRONT FROM THE PIER DIRECTION IN ORDER TO ENTER THE RALLY SITE AT ITS EASTERN ENTRY BARRIER.
